Superb stay
cheerful staff clean room
The staff was very helpful and cheerful. They made a beautiful surprise for my son's birthday. The room was clean and convenient. It was a great surprise without even asking for it. I enjoyed the visit a lot.
Noise was an issue. I didn't like the bad old lifts. There wasn't much natural light in the room. I would've liked more light here, for work and other activities.

The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant. It offers delicious breakfast options to enjoy. There also a cute informal restaurant. I ordered a salad and pizza to eat in my room.

The team tries to. They send necessary information before arrival. I arrived early in the morning and the team expedited the process for me. Mariana were really good too make sure we are very satisfied.

central location room amenities rooftop views
The location is convenient as it is near shopping and dining. The room featured a kitchenette, minibar and air conditioning. The rooftop bar and restaurant provided breakfast with great views. Staff recommendations ensured we maximized our time.
The elevators showed their age and could use some updating.

super clean suite spacious apartment comfortable bed convenient location
The apartment style suite felt super clean and spacious. The bed was VERY comfortable, and it included modern furniture. The fridge had several beverages. The art was interesting, also the rooftop restaurant looked quite a sweet spot. I liked the location very much.
Soundproofing BETWEEN rooms needs some improvements.

This hotel has a spa. The location is central in the city. Windows ARE double paned, so outside sound is minimal. The door is double AS well, so sound from the hallway is reduced.
